Welcome to EMPIRE CLUB. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the EMPIRE CLUB portal, games, and secure messaging services. By accessing or using our services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and utilization.
1. Eligibility & User Accounts
To participate, access our premium features, or utilize the elite catalog, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must guarantee that all registration details, if requested by the support concierge, are fully accurate and truthful.
- You are strictly prohibited from maintaining multiple accounts or executing unauthorized acts.
2. Financial Audits, Deposits & Withdrawals
We pride ourselves on providing the most secure and prompt transactional experience possible. However, the following rules apply:
- All deposits must be processed through our authorized channels. For the latest secure deposit details, always consult our live support via the designated Telegram portal.
- Withdrawals are processed securely and typically completed within minutes. Note that verification (KYC procedures) may be required to protect your funds.
- We maintain a strict anti-fraud policy. Any suspicious transactions will be subject to thorough auditing.
3. Wagering, Turnover & Promotional Requirements
To maintain fair play and prevent promotional abuse, the following turnover rules apply to deposits, bonuses, rebates, and promotional credits. These rules apply before any withdrawal can be approved, and all wagering calculations are subject to final review by the Company.
- 3.1 General Rule: Where a bonus is claimed, the turnover requirement is calculated on the combined total of the qualifying deposit plus the bonus amount. Completing the turnover means reaching the required wagering amount. It does not mean the player must withdraw that exact amount.
- 3.2 Standard Turnover for Deposit + Bonus (x2): For standard slots and other eligible non-restricted products, any qualifying deposit combined with a bonus must complete a x2 turnover requirement before withdrawal.
Formula:(Deposit + Bonus) x 2 = Required Turnover
Example: Deposit 100 MYR + Welcome Bonus 20 MYR = 120 MYR total promotional balance.(100 + 20) x 2 = 240 MYR turnover required
The player must complete 240 MYR turnover before any withdrawal request can be approved. - 3.3 Ocean King / Fishing / Arcade Turnover (x3): If the player uses a qualifying deposit or active bonus balance to play Ocean King or any similar fishing, arcade, or specialty game designated by the Company, the turnover requirement becomes x3.
Formula:(Deposit + Bonus) x 3 = Required Turnover
Example: Deposit 100 MYR + Welcome Bonus 20 MYR = 120 MYR total promotional balance.(100 + 20) x 3 = 360 MYR turnover required
The player must complete 360 MYR turnover before any withdrawal request can be approved. - 3.4 Mixed Game Play Defaults to the Higher Multiplier: If a player places any wager at all on Ocean King or any designated fishing or arcade game while a qualifying bonus is active, the entire active promotion will default to the higher x3 turnover requirement. The turnover will not be split between x2 and x3 calculations.
- 3.5 Live Casino Restriction for Daily Bonus: Players who claim or receive a Daily Deposit Bonus are not eligible to use that bonus balance, or the qualifying deposit tied to that bonus, on Live Casino products, including but not limited to Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Sic Bo, and other live dealer tables.
- 3.6 Penalty if Live Casino Is Played with an Active Daily Bonus: If a player plays any Live Casino game while a Daily Deposit Bonus is active:
- all winnings connected to that promotion or session may be forfeited and voided;
- the Daily Deposit Bonus amount will be removed in full;
- only the player's original qualifying deposit amount may be refunded back to the account; and
- no promotional winnings, bonus amounts, rebate amounts, or profit derived from the Daily Deposit Bonus will be withdrawable.
- 3.7 Turnover Must Be Completed Before Withdrawal: No partial or full withdrawal will be processed while any qualifying turnover requirement remains incomplete. Any withdrawal request submitted before completion may be rejected, returned, or placed on hold pending review.
- 3.8 Settled Bets Only: Only settled and accepted wagers count toward turnover. Cancelled bets, void bets, refunded bets, rejected bets, or interrupted rounds will not count until they are fully settled and accepted by the system.
- 3.9 Multiple Deposits / Stacked Promotions: If a player makes a new qualifying deposit or receives a new promotional credit before an earlier turnover requirement is completed, the Company may treat the requirements as stacked and cumulative. All outstanding qualifying turnover must be completed before withdrawal.
- 3.10 Bonus Cancellation or Bonus Removal: If a bonus is cancelled, removed, forfeited, or voided before turnover is completed, all winnings generated from that bonus may also be removed. Only the remaining balance, if any, that the Company determines is not connected to the voided bonus may remain.
- 3.11 Opposite Betting / Low-Risk Abuse: Opposite betting, low-risk hedging, equal and opposite table coverage, or any strategy used mainly to manufacture turnover without genuine gameplay is prohibited. Such turnover may be excluded from the wagering calculation, and related bonuses or winnings may be voided.
- 3.12 Delayed Round / Feature Abuse: It is prohibited to delay the completion of free spins, bonus rounds, fish features, jackpot features, or other unfinished game states for use after a bonus is removed or after turnover conditions change. Any winnings arising from such conduct may be voided.
- 3.13 Company Review & Final Decision: The Company reserves the right to audit all deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals. In any suspected abuse, irregular play pattern, bonus misuse, or rule circumvention case, the Company's review and decision will be final.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use our portal and products solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:
- Use any bots, automated scripts, or external software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploit any system glitches, visual bugs, or service lags.
- Transmit offensive language, spam, or malicious payloads through any associated live concierge chat systems.
5. Limitation of Liability & Fair Play
EMPIRE CLUB strives to deliver an elite entertainment experience, but services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your inability to access the portal or participate in the game suites.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the EMPIRE CLUB platform following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
